Prose, links, and blockquotes — visual test

This post exists to exercise the prose rhythm of the theme. It has long paragraphs, bold, italic, an inline link, a bit of inline code, and a blockquote down below.

A second paragraph follows with reasonable variation in sentence length. Some sentences are short. Others stretch a little further so we can see how line-height holds up at the prose column width that we just shipped — about seven hundred pixels in the desktop case.

“Any sufficiently advanced bug is indistinguishable from a feature.”

— somebody on the internet, probably

After a blockquote, a single-sentence paragraph for emphasis.

And finally, a paragraph with a mix of a link with longer label text, inline_function_name(), and strong emphasis all on one line — the kind of paragraph that breaks if your line-height is wrong.
